FIT BOXMembers have the opportunity to participate in small classes that focus on proper boxing technique and self-discipline. This dynamic setting has jump ropes, various punching bags and a full boxing ring.

SUMMER CAMPSummer Camp with a World Champ Fitz includes boxing footwork, proper stance, punching technique, forms and skills, Defensive and conditioning drills, medicine ball, heavy bag, skipping and shadowboxing.
Outdoor activities include basketball, swimming, soccer, tag, frisbee, football, and fun games. |
